What I’ve Hidden :: January 12th, 2003 ::
Oh yeah, I haven’t mentioned that I’m working again. It’s a part-time gig, in which I’m working as a Web developer and general technical person. The job is in South Burlington, which is a bit of a commute, but a pleasant one. The job is at a small outfit called National Gardening Association, and you can find more information about it here.
The upside of the situation is that I leave the house for half the work week, and I go to an office where I help the technical things at an office work better. But the downside is that I’m no longer available for mindless chatter in the late mornings during that time. I apologize profusely to the small number of those who this new situation affects, and to the rest of you, I sincerely regret not having a chance to talk you up about geo-politics and technology as I drink too much coffee at 11 a.m.
Also, do you remember in the last post, in which I talked about the Wallace Stegner book I was reading? Here, finally, is the full review for the book. Reading for 2003 has officially begun.
