The road ahead :: August 7th, 2003 ::
The title should be taken literally, not metaphorically. Jessamyn and I are off again, one last summer trip before law school begins for me, a new job begins for her, and we both start a new phase of our lives in a more southern region of this state (I’m in South Royalton, she’s in Rutland). There are certainly things we are forgetting, projects we are leaving incomplete, and a slight desire on both our parts to slow time before we have to leave. But life is moving forward, and we must move forward as well. How exhilirating.
Maybe you could interpret the title of this post metaphorically. Ever so slightly.
